A. GENERAL

C. ACCOUNTS

1. Before you can start playing on DPlay.Casino, you must first register.

3. 11. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account access credential and be responsible for its misuse. You should not reveal your access details to any third party. D. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

1. DPlay does not permit depositing funds originating from criminal activity, depositing funds by using a credit card which a player is not authorized to use, knowingly receiving money from such card in any other manner, colluding with a third party to do so, or using a third party’s DPlay Account for any criminal activity or illegal purpose.

2. Currently, DPlay support the following currencies:

  • FUN via Freebitcoin and Ethereum
  • BTC via Freebitcoin (will be converted to UBTC at DPlay)
  • ETH of Ethereum (will be converted to METH at DPlay)
  • USDT of Ethereum and Polygon

3. DPlay is not responsible for any loss of funds due to incorrect deposit or withdrawal parameters input by you when you make a deposit or request a withdrawal. You must read the information on the deposit and withdrawal screens carefully before submitting a transaction.

4. Funds may be deposited and credited into your account as long as the balance for that currency is not negative.

5. All deposits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of at least one time before any withdrawal requests can be processed. This means you must place bets equivalent to your deposited amount at least once before you are eligible to initiate a withdrawal. We emphasize the importance of adhering to this wagering requirement as it ensures fair play and compliance with our terms and conditions. Failure to meet this requirement may result in delays in processing withdrawal requests.

6. You are responsible for any network transaction fee for your withdrawals. When applicable, an estimated transaction fee is presented on the withdrawal screen, and that will be deducted from your withdrawal amount. 7. You have the right to withdraw up to the value of $5,000 USD or equivalent value every 24 hours, $10,000 every 7 days, and $50,000 every 30 days. This limit is made to maximize security in the event of an account being breached. Your VIP tier may increase the maximum withdrawal amount.

E. BETTING

1. A bet can only be made by a registered account holder.

2. You can only place a bet if you have enough funds in your DPlay account in the currency for which you intend to bet.

3. DPlay reserves the right to adjust the payment of a credited bet to a DPlay account if DPlay determines in its sole discretion that such payment has been credited due to error.

4. A bet, which has been placed and accepted, cannot be modified, withdrawn or canceled by you.

5. When you place a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand all of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Max win per 24 hours is $10,000 USD or equivalent value, $30,000 USD per week, and $100,000 USD per month.

F. CANCELLATIONS, SUSPENSIONS AND CLOSING

1. Without restricting our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to us, we may suspend and / or cancel your account or cancel any pending bet, and freeze the content of your wallet, at our absolute discretion if: (i) we suspect that you are engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity while using our website; (ii) we suspect that you are breaching any term of these Terms and Conditions; or (iii) we suspect that you are acting in a way that is detrimental to the conduct of our business.
